An artisan goat's milk cheese from the Provence, South of France.
These hand-shaped "little baguettes" of cheese from the sunny south of France are gorgeously creamy and elegant. Made on a farm from raw goat’s milk, Bouyguette is covered by a very fine edible skin and visually enhanced with a sprig of rosemary. As the cheese matures, the flavours intensify and deepen, whereas the paste gets more liquidy and runny.
