Brie with 'Grand Marnier' orange liquor
In the heart of Tournan-en-Brie, Ile-de-France, about an hour from Paris, is the "Rouzaire" cheese dairy, founded in 1938, a family business now in its third generation and the birthplace of Brie au Grand Marnier. The Brie matures in underground ripening cellars for about four weeks. During this period it is refined with Grand Marnier.
Ingredients: Brie (cow milk, salt, starter culture, rennet), Crème d'Isigny, Mascarpone, Grand Marnier liquor, natural orange aroma, orange zest, confit orange.
