Le Mej' with Chestnut and Honey
Bois d'Amalthee is a small artisanal cheese maker in Cazillac, Lot et Tarn, France. It has been founded by Sandrine, Franck and Thierry, all experienced in their field. They have 250 goats and animal welfare is on the trio’s focus points.
They gained local fame for crafting the Le Mej’, a range of cute (90g) and flavourful goat’s milk cheeses, which each has their unique flavour combination.
