Gouda Farmhouse Nut Melange
This farmhouse Gouda cheese, which has been made at ‘de Tweehoeve’ in Haastrecht, is matured only for 3 months and is therefore very creamy. The walnuts, hazelnuts, pecan nuts and a hint of fenugreek, are an amazing contract to the creaminess, which makes this an interesting and unique cheese.
