This amazing goat's cheese is shaped like, and named after the famous neighboring mountain 'Mont Ventoux'. The peak of the mountain is made of bare white limestone.
This lovely cheese is produced by Fromagerie Jas de Melchior, a tiny and relatively unknown fromagerie in the Provence region.
This cheese comes in four different varieties: Vegetable ash, herbes de Provence, naturel and black pepper.
