Bastiaansen in Molenschot makes a large range of speciality cheese and are pioneers in organic cheeses in the health food segment in the Netherlands and Germany. One of them is this Organic Blue Bastiaansen, which is a combination of a Dutch Gouda and a French Roquefort.
This cheese, which is matured for 2 months, is made from pasteurised biological cow’s milk and employs non-animal microbial rennet, making it both organic and vegetarian. It is also the world's only handcrafted blue Gouda with a unique appearance, full flavour, slightly spicy and a creamy finish, a guarantee to be a favourite with all blue cheese lovers.
