Martin van Iperen, of Dutch origin, used ancestral techniques from his native country that he adapted on his goat cheese that he has been refining in the cellars of Berry in France since 2005. For innovative products, he combines traditional maturing methods with modern recipes while promoting natural ingredients and milk.
This blue goat's cheese is an absolutely unique product. The combination of the Dutch-style goats cheese, with the blue 'French' veins makes this an irresistible cheese.
